What is coaching: Coaching is a collaborative and transformative process between a coach and a client, often facilitated over Zoom. Its essence lies in helping the client gain insights into how their thoughts shape their lives. It's akin to holding up a mirror to the client's mind, allowing them to examine their beliefs, perspectives, and behaviors. The ultimate goal of coaching is empowerment, enabling the client to tap into their potential, set and achieve goals, and navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
Who should enroll: Anyone who desires better relationships with their kids, or who seeks greater happiness and fulfillment in parenting would benefit from enrolling in coaching. Coaching offers a supportive and empowering environment to explore, learn, and grow. It's for individuals who are ready to invest in themselves and take proactive steps toward healthier relationships and being a better parent.
What is your focus: Teaching clients tools, strategies, and proven techniques to use to make parenting easier. For example an easy tool to help with processing (feeling) feelings is NOW N- name it (what emotion are you feeling?) O- open up to it (allow it to be in your body, where do you feel it). W- watch it (describe the feeling in as much detail as you can).
What is a typical coaching session look like: We schedule a time to talk over Zoom. I ask you questions, listen to your answers, and teach you skills that can help you. Then, we practice applying those skills to your real-life situations. It's a collaborative process where you take an active part in your growth, and I'm here to guide and support you along the way. Each session is about 45 min.
How much is coaching: I offer four session coaching packages for $190 or six sessions for $275 (this is the more popular option for maximum results).
